Bob Fejes
Principal Engineer
Leads engineering. Former Principal Software Engineer at Twilio. At ADT he wrote most of the code behind the company's Alexa and Google Home integrations, serving more than 100,000 users at up to 10 million requests a day. He has worked on systems handling protected health information at McKesson, and earlier, at NASA Glenn for Northrop Grumman, led software for the International Space Station's Fluids and Combustion Facility. M.S. in Computer and Information Science.
Mike Poplin
President and Co-Founder
Leads the firm and its work in healthcare and human-computer interaction. Fifteen years of software and data engineering, including owning the systems integration layer for a multi-state regulated operator that grew from 6 to 24 locations, plus hands-on experience in rural hospital revenue cycle and finance. Ph.D. student in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at Montana State University, with peer-reviewed work in IEEE, IISE, and HFES.
Alex Westlund
Founding Engineer
Works across modeling, optimization, and machine learning. He is a financial engineer by training, and his work spans time-series methods and state estimation (including Kalman filtering), forecasting and experimental design, mathematical optimization, Monte Carlo simulation, and machine learning in PyTorch. B.S. in Financial Engineering and M.S. candidate in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at Montana State University.
